Andrew Leon is an Analyst at Pegasus Investments, where he is responsible for critical transaction management functions, including diligence review, analysis and performance, market research, deal acquisition, and disposition underwriting.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Mr. Leon spent 13 years in professional baseball. While working in analytics, player development, and scouting for the Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, and Miami Marlins respectively, his analysis was relied on to procure more than 100 trade and free agency acquisitions. Mr. Leon then spent six seasons in the Sports Agency and Representation sector. As a Certified Major League Player Agent, he was responsible for on-field and off-field contract analysis, arbitrations, and negotiation strategies, which resulted in over $500 million in athlete salaries and endorsement deals.

Mr. Leon graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. He holds graduate business certificates in Data Analytics from the SC Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and Social Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Leon grew up in the Los Angeles area and currently lives in Santa Monica with his fiancé, Emily.
