Andrew Rosen is the Chief Operating Officer at Pegasus Real Estate Advisory (“Pegasus”), where he oversees national operations for Pegasus’ comprehensive, and vertically integrated platform, which consists of real estate investments, capital markets, asset management, and leasing advisory services. Mr. Rosen drives the firm’s strategic mandate to deliver best-in-class client experience and results by leveraging Pegasus’ proactive, innovative, informed and tailored approach to an ever-evolving real estate services industry. Mr. Rosen has a proven track record of exceptional leadership and strategic operational execution.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Mr. Rosen was the CEO and Co-Founder of Sea Pine Technologies, Inc., a software company in the highly competitive automotive sector, which he navigated to a successful exit by way of merger into, and acquisition by, Zurich American Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group.

Prior to his experience at Sea Pine, Mr. Rosen was Vice President of Operations at a consumer finance company which consisted of retail and e-commerce operations both domestically and internationally. Mr. Rosen specialized in identifying operational inefficiencies in underperforming markets and managed the implementation of strategies he designed to positively turn around performance and increase profitability.

Mr. Rosen also spent several years working in Goldman Sachs’ Asset & Wealth Management division. Mr. Rosen developed relationships with Fortune 500 executives, entrepreneurs and other high-net-worth individuals and families, crafting complex financial strategies intended to grow and preserve generational wealth.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Rosen began his career at Eastdil, a global real estate investment bank, where he gained broad exposure working on deals spanning various transaction types and asset classes.

Mr. Rosen earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Emory University’s School of Law. Mr. Rosen also earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in real estate and finance, while also double majoring in political science.
