Brenden Bowman serves as a Senior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he oversees operational efficiency, prioritizes client needs, and places a strong emphasis on fostering positive tenant relations and retention. His responsibilities include managing third-party vendors, overseeing tenant improvements, and ensuring building maintenance while focusing on value-add realization. Brenden also tracks market trends, handles investment reporting, and ensures compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Brenden gained extensive experience at L&B Management, a privately held firm in the commercial and retail sector. In this role, he successfully managed over a million rentable square feet of space, handling operations, leasing, tenant relations, financial reporting, and project management. Earlier in his career, Brenden managed the portfolio for Venice Investments, overseeing a similar-sized portfolio that included industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family properties. He also served as an owner’s representative and project manager for build-out construction projects exceeding $50 million.

Brenden earned his Bachelor’s degree from CSUN and holds an MBA from the Johnson Business School at Cornell University. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Brenden brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role at Pegasus Asset Management.
