Daniel Kazemzadeh is an Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, assisting with all property-related matters. Mr. Kazemzadeh is responsible for the management of third-party vendors, tenant correspondence, and generally assisting the asset management team in ensuring all properties within the portfolio are operating efficiently within the western region of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Mr. Kazemzadeh was a Facility Coordinator for Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), where he assisted managing Google office properties and its workplace operations throughout Playa Vista, CA. Mr. Kazemzadeh also served as a summer intern at Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), where he researched ownership records for net leased retail properties, generated leads, & created broker opinion values (BOV’s), specifically for the Conway Group.

Mr. Kazemzadeh received a B.S. in Urban & Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2019. Mr. Kazemzadeh was born and raised outside Washington D.C and currently resides in Santa Monica.
