Jake Hartbarger is a Portfolio Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, assisting with all property-related matters and financial reporting within the portfolio. Mr. Hartbarger is responsible for overseeing the management of all company relationships including clients, third-party vendors and tenants. He is also responsible for overseeing portfolio-wide rent collections for all clients. In addition, Jake works directly with the leasing and project management teams on various projects. Jake assists with overseeing capital expenditures, tenant improvement, and ground-up development projects to ensure work is completed timely. Mr. Hartbarger provides high-level insight to the company’s senior leadership as a means of implementing new processes to improve the overall performance of the asset management team and portfolio.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Mr. Hartbarger served as a summer intern at CBRE, where he focused on completing offering memorandums for full-service hotels, creating financial summaries, and conducting a multi-family market overview.

Jake received a B.A. in Hospitality Business with a minor in Real Estate Investment Management from Michigan State University in 2018. He also received an M.S. in Marketing Research from Michigan State University in 2019. Mr. Hartbarger was a student-athlete at Michigan State and a 5-year starting punter on the MSU Football team. Jake was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and currently resides in Santa Monica.
