Nathan Irwin is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio perform efficiently and successfully on a consistent basis.

Before joining Pegasus, Nathan was a Financial Accounting Consultant at Mercury Insurance, completing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the Mercury Insurance Companies of Georgia and Illinois. Mr. Irwin previously served as a Pro Shop Assistant at Lakeside Golf Club and held past commercial real estate and accounting internships.

Nathan earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business in 2022. Nathan was a scholar-athlete at UC Irvine on the Men's Golf Team, where he was awarded the Big West Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll of Distinction and the UCI Scholar-Athlete Award in 2022. Nathan is a Los Angeles native born in Santa Monica and resides in Brentwood.
