Reid Soliman is a Senior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, assisting with all development and major renovation projects, various property related matters, and financial reporting within the portfolio. Mr. Soliman is responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project consultants to maintain the project schedule and budget throughout the planning, design, and construction process. Mr. Soliman is also primarily responsible for ensuring properties within the portfolio are operating efficiently and assisting with investor relations.

Mr. Soliman received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo in 2019. Mr. Soliman was an active member of the Financial Management Association while completing his degree in the Orfalea School of Business. Mr. Soliman was raised in Santa Clarita, CA, and currently resides in Santa Monica.
