Daniel Kim is a Senior Associate of Finance & Strategy at Pegasus, where he leads the corporate financial planning & analysis, systems application, data analytics, and strategic operations. He collaborates with the executive team to implement new financial strategies, develop the Pegasus client portal application, and improve operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Daniel was a Senior Associate, Finance & Strategy at The Abbey Company, providing corporate financial analysis, technology integration, and portfolio management. He also held positions within real estate private equity at Tahoma Capital Partners and FD Stonewater, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for multi-family, office, and industrial properties.

Daniel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems. Daniel grew up in Dallas, Texas, and currently resides in Santa Monica, California.
