Jed Siegel is an Analyst at Pegasus, where he plays a key cross-functional role supporting the firm’s Investment Sales and Capital Markets teams. In this role, he assists with financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and market research across acquisitions and dispositions, and works with Pegasus Capital Markets to arrange and secure debt financing for the firm’s clients, including lender outreach, loan quote analysis, and transaction coordination through closing.

Before joining Pegasus in 2025, Jed worked as a Coordinator at The Staenberg Group (TSG), where he was responsible for market research and analysis across a portfolio of retail centers throughout Missouri. His experience at TSG provided him with a strong foundation in retail real estate operations, site evaluation, and data-driven investment strategy.

Jed earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Washington University in St. Louis. A native of Sherman Oaks, he relocated back there after college and enjoys golf, watching sports, and spending time with his dogs.
