Paul Ratner is a Vice President at Pegasus, where he advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and development sites across the United States.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Mr. Ratner was the founder and director of Ratner Capital, a commercial real estate and development firm based in London, England, which he successfully operated for sixteen years. In this role, Mr. Ratner grew the firm from its inception into a recognized and trusted brand in the UK real estate market, having collaborated with prominent firms such as BlackRock, LaSalle Investment Management, and Big Yellow Group PLC. Additionally, Mr. Ratner worked for Regional Investments PLC, a real estate asset management company based in Central London.

In 2015, Mr. Ratner ran to be a British Member of Parliament and has volunteered with several charitable organizations, including The Anne Frank Trust and the mental health charity, OCD Action.

Mr. Ratner earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from the University of Warwick in 2006. Originally from London, Mr. Ratner now resides in Los Angeles.
