Teresa Seitle-Martinez is an Associate at Pegasus Investments, where she works closely with property owners and investors to develop tailored strategies aligned with long-term investment objectives and current market conditions. Her focus includes investment sales advisory for single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties, as well as mixed-use assets.

Before joining Pegasus, Teresa worked in the Los Angeles multifamily market, gaining hands-on experience in underwriting, valuation, and market analysis across a range of apartment assets. She brings a relationship-driven approach to capital markets and deal execution, supporting clients throughout all stages of the transaction process.

Teresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management, and has studied and worked internationally across Europe and the United States. She is fluent in English and German, with conversational proficiency in Spanish and French, allowing her to effectively support both domestic and international clients.
